RECIPE

It’s all about good ingredients - there’s not a lot to this recipe, just golden free-fresh eggs and bacon, local goats cheese, farm-grown veggies and great quality bread! This is a go-to in our household and never disappoints.

 

INGREDIENTS

7 EGGS

2 RASHES STREAKY BACON CUT INTO SMALL STRIPS

HANDFUL OF CHOPPED HEIRLOOM CHERRY TOMATOES

HANDFUL OF CHOPPED BASIL

GOATS CHEESE

TOP QUALITY BREAD (WE USED A CASALINGA)

METHOD

  1. In a hot pan fry bacon and place on paper towel

  2. Whisk eggs, tomatoes, bacon and basil in a bowl

  3. In a hot pan with oil add your egg mix stirring a little, add big chunks of goats cheese and fold into omelettes

  4. Toast your top-quality bread and spread with butter

  5. Add your omlette and enjoy with a strong coffee
