RECIPE

The one thing that I found really helped during my first trimester was drinking a smoothie in the morning before getting out of bed which I continued to do into my second trimester. I highly recommend giving this recipe a go if you’re finding is hard to get out of bed.

INGREDIENTS

1 FROZEN RIPE BANANA

300ML PURE HARVEST ORGANIC COCO QUENCH COCONUT MILK

1/4 CUP OATS

1 TBS PEANUT BUTTER

1/2 TSP CACAO POWDER

DROP OF HONEY

DROP OF VANILLA EXTRACT

1 SHOT OF ESPRESSO (OPTIONAL)

METHOD

  1. Blitz all of the ingredients up in a blender, jump back into bed and enjoy.
