Banana and Oat Pancakes
RECIPE
These pancakes are on high rotation in our household - not only are they absolutely delicious but they are also healthy! The batter is made up of bananas, oats and eggs… so you can treat yourself without the guilt!
METHOD
In a blender mix eggs, banana, oats & cinnamon
Pour small amounts of pancake batter into a hot frying pan. We use coconut oil to cook ours in.
Keep your cooked pancakes warm in the oven.
Stack them up and top with passionfruit & Greek yoghurt - we also love fresh berries and maple syrup.
Enjoy and feel good!!!

Makes 9 pancakes
9 Eggs
3 Bananas
1 Cup Oats
1/4tsp Cinnamon
Passionfruit
Greek Yoghurt
