Warm Green Breakfast Salad
RECIPE
This breakfast is a total winner - it’s super easy, delicious and healthy as hell! You can substitute the vegetables for anything you have in the fridge and it’s a great to way to use up what you’ve got!
METHOD
In a big frying pan, fry up any greens you have available! Add water, minced garlic and pop the a lid on to sauté and steam those goodies up! Add the soft greens towards the end - like kale or spinach.
In another little frying pan toast some nuts, I used pine nuts and slivered almonds.
Enjoy with poaches or fried eggs and a squeeze of lemon. S&P to taste.
